This apartment has everything you will need for your extended stay. Guests will have access to the entire home and all that the space offers, including:

  • Outdoor: parking pad, deck, hot tub, hot tub privacy cover, griddle grill, propane gas, grill utensils, conversation seating

    Bathrooms: bathtub/shower combo, walk-in shower, bath towels

    Bedrooms: bed linens, extra linen sets, hangers, dresser drawers, under-bed storage

    Kitchen/Dining: refrigerator, convection microwave, oven, gas range, dishwasher, cooking utensils, dishes and silverware, steak knives, corkscrew, blenders, food processor, ceramic pots + pans, Instantpot, toaster, coffee maker, baking sheet, mixing bowls, hand/stand mixer, reusable paper towels, kitchen towels

    Heating/Cooling: air conditioning, heating, ceiling fans, electric fireplace

    Home safety: fire alarms, carbon monoxide detectors, fire extinguisher, first aid kit, security system, smart locks

    Laundry: washer, dryer, garment steamer/iron, foldable ironing board

    Electronics: wifi, smart TVs (living + bedrooms)

  • Payment + Fees
    Security deposit, first month rent, and all fees are due at time of booking. Ongoing monthly rent will be due on the 5th of each month.

    Fees
    Monthly rent: $3,500
    Security Deposit: $1,200 (refundable within 30 days of departure as long as there is no damage incurred by the guest)
    Cleaning Fee: $180

    Cancellations
    Cancellations 30+ days before arrival will receive a full refund, minus a $100 booking fee. Cancellations within 14 days of arrival, late arrival, or early departure receive no refund. All cancellations must be in writing and are final. Strongly consider purchasing travel insurance to protect yourself against unforeseen reasons for cancellation.

  • Minimum stay is 30 days.

    Corporate housing lease must be signed and returned within 24 hours of booking along with a copy of photo ID to finalize reservation.

    Check-in instructions + access codes, house rules and other pertinent information will be emailed separately. All rules must be followed to avoid immediate eviction and termination of lease with no refund.
